We have seen a clear reduction in our waste. Due the Bermar system we now offer Taittinger Comtes de Champagne by the glass which is a great success! I would strongly recommend a Bermar preservation system as it enables restaurants to offer a wider range of sparkling wines by the glass by diminishing wastage.
